We just closed on an Ellenton last week. Just a few minor issues which were fixed prior to closing. This is our 5th home and 2nd build. Very pleased with process overall. Pennsylvania to South Carolina, hired the best realtor, John Weber team, Charter One Realty, including Carolyn Welch who were fantastic. On Dell Webb/Pulte side, Carlos Trinidad and Mike Rogers, our Construction Mgrs, were very communitive to our questions, etc. Maureen Gilroy in Sales kept us updated on any items we needed done for the next phase, and Donna D'Ambola guided us through the design portion. Kudos to Chris Rickey for her expertise in handling our transition into our new home in Latitudes. She held our hands and walked us through our design choices planning for our new build. She was present through all phases of the building process and kept us updated with pictures, calls and emails on the progress. Chris was also with us for our closing celebration. Her friendship that we built, along with our new home, is a gift. She proved herself to be a professional and caring realtor who had our best interest in mind.

We would like to say that Brenda worked quite hard at selling our home. It was a slow start but as the economy changed so did the interest in our home.
