That’s what I implored my darling husband, Don, after he, yet again, urged me to check out another listing John Weber sent him from Sun City, Hilton Head.

We lived in cold, overcast Ohio, the two of us rattling around in a huge house, in a neighborhood of young families with tons of kids. He was the curmudgeon, the preverbal ‘grumpy old man’. Dissatisfied with our situation, he dreamed of living in paradise… but hesitated to pull the trigger.
